Intense aroma of young fresh fruit like cherry and blackberry. Dark in color, it also shows some spicy notes along with some wood. Well structured in the mouth it has excellent acidity and firm tannins. The final is long, seductive and complex. It's a wine that we can enjoy from now but it will also age a few years very well.

Quinta do Portal it has a very elegant and beautiful color, a delicate body and an excellent balance between the sweetness and acidity. It's a wine with a fabulous aroma and excellent taste. It should be served fresh and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fruit pies and creamy cheeses.

Qupe this is a lighter, fresher style of this wine than normal but with that distinct floral and peach character from the viognier. This is balanced by citrus and green pear character from the chardonnay. Because of the short crop our production of this wine is just over 2000 cases.

Qupe wine is 100% syrah from Bien Nacido Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. Cool climate Syrah from a cool vintage, the aromas are classic Bien Nacido with a pronounced earth and game aspect, spicy, peppery, clove, nutmeg, dried raspberry and just enough of that thyme and sage character that comes from the stems. is is a fairly big wine but with balanced alcohol of 13.5%. A bit more tannic than the last few vintages but with the fruit to back it up. Very enjoyable already (especially out of the half bottles), but could easily be put in the cellar for 10-15 years.

Rainstorm color: Pale gold. Bouquet: Crisp pear, melon and honey blossom, some yeasty character from sur lies aging. Taste: Mango with fresh acidity. Food Pairing: Ideal grilled chicken, soft cheeses, shellfish and pasta in a cream sauce.

Produced at the Campo Azul distillery, Rancho Alegre Blanco is an excellent value for a 100% agave tequila. Sweet aromas of dried fruit and nuts dominate. Medium bodied, starting out sweet, but becoming dryer with hints of tropical fruit. Finishes in classic tequila style with earth and white pepper. ABV: 40.0%

A fantastic wine for a myriad of culinary delights it will pair with spicy flavors, citrus flavors, even delicate flavors. It is a chameleon and a workhorse in its ability to harmonize with a broad and diverse group of flavors. The acidity is bright and bracing with opening aromas bringing briny ocean breezes to mind then the olfactory senses are pleasantly assaulted by an outright essence of citrus attack. The steely bracing flavors of lemon and fresh straw linger on the palate finishing with a hint of spice

Raptor Ridge each year we are impressed with Shea Vineyard fruit and its ability to deliver NW forest floor aromas like mushroom, peat, and cedar on the nose and palate. In this vintage, these earthy aromas and flavors are combined with warm fruits, like red strawberry rhubarb pie and Italian plum gallete. Pops of sarsaparilla and bakers chocolate weave with toasty oak barrel notes adding even more dimension to this complex, flagship wine. With aging, the firm tannins will develop into rich body with supple texture. This wine is perfect with Northwest cuisine.

Raptor Ridge this lovely, soft, hay-colored quaffer evokes a fantastic outdoor BBQ and picnic, and is the perfect foil for a variety of summertime fare. On the nose, a little fresh-cut lawn is spiked with a hit of lemon zest. The palate reminds us of grilled pineapple and fresh fruit salad, with red delicious apple, Bosc pears, star fruit and melon. This wine has a pleasing mouth feel and finish, chased with a kick of acid that leaves you wanting for more.

In the glass, this wine is a deep dusty violet color, with nice concentration. On the nose, sweet bramble fruit and ripe black cherry mingle with sarsaparilla and cherry cola. On the palate, the root beer hints are amplified in a pleasing way, along with even more ripe black cherry and Italian plum juice. The surprisingly lengthy finish imparts both black tea and bright acidity, making this particularly nice when paired with food. This wine delivers the best of both new and old worlds!

Selected wines from various California counties are blended to provide a Merlot with fresh, intense plum and cherry vanilla aroma. A full, round, ripe berry flavor accompanied by a rather soft, spicy finish make this wine particularly delectable. A large portion of this wine was aged in French oak for eight months to add complexity and structure to the rather opulent fruit characteristics of the Merlot grapes. Like our Vintners Blend Zinfandel, the wine is well suited to drinking now, though if you were to "lose" a few bottles and discover them in your cellar in five years, you would most likely not be disappointed.

R Collection Merlot fills the mouth with smooth cherry, raspberry and plum flavors that effortlessly meld with hints of earth and spice and ultimately culminate in a toasty vanilla finish.
