  • Lord Calvert Canadian Whiskey

Sweet to start out, with strong flavours of real maple syrup and vanilla. White pepper arrives quickly, along with bright zesty citric notes. The palate is very buttery yet surprisingly fresh and lively with piquant peppers and tingling spice. Oak comes through crisply in the nose with the woodsman’s balm of freshly sawn planks and just a touch of tannic astringency. Not a particularly complex whisky, but well-balanced and very flavourful, while remaining light and creamy.

  • Luciano Sandrone Nebbiolo d'Alba Valmaggiore 750ML

Luciano Sandrone from the climatic point of view, took us back to the Seventies with very rainy spring and summer which made the management of the vineyards decidedly difficult. Only thanks to the generous months of August, September and October the grapes were able to complete the ripening process in the best manner. The vintage undoubtedly rewarded the zones best suited to the cultivation of vines, and particularly those who invested in meticulous vine cultivation operations just at the right time.

  • Luna Vineyards Lunatic White Blend 750ML

Luna Vineyards intensely aromatic, densely flavored, muscular but supple, graceful and delicate. This wine is full of contradictions and charming mysteries. It is a trifecta of Albarino, Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay; each providing a balancing force in the blend. The Albarino is delicate in aroma, like a white peach, but full flavored. The Malvasia Bianca is almost overwhelming with jasmine flower and apricot nectar aromas, yet brisk and clean to taste. The Chardonnay is a ripe pear in both flavor and aroma, filling your mouth with warm, succulent flavor. But, the wine is much more than the sum of its parts...insanely good!

  • Macedon Pinot Noir 750ML

Macedon from the country of Macedonia, this stunning Pinot is named for Alexander the Great (the original "Macedon"), and hails from an area noted as the "cross-roads of the ancient world, and the birthplace of wine". It originates in Gradsko, sharing the same latitude band as Burgundy and Russian River Valley. The 40+ year old vines grow where two major weather fronts collide: the Aral Mountain continental and the Greek Aegean, yielding virtually no rain and consistent wind. The result is a wine of terrific elegance and complexity, rich yet linear; pretty, but with depth and power. Food Pairings: Seafood, mild cheese, prosciutto, rabbit meat with mushroom sauce.
