Paul Hobbs bordeaux‐like in structure and purity, our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is both svelte and succulent. In addition to our Nathan Coombs Estate, sourcing for this wine includes Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, Beckstoffer Las Piedras and Stagecoach vineyards. These properties, whose prestige we have helped build, represent the best of Napa Valley. We are able to farm each as our own, via long‐term contracts defined down to the block, row and vine. Aromas include cassis, lavender, fresh crushed sage, black olive and cedar. The generous and savory palate excites with black fig, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, and graphite. The wine finishes long and pure with an element of fine, damp black clay.

Paul Hobbs 2012 was rich, complex vintage for this quintessential Russian River Valley Chardonnay. The wine offers a brilliant citrine quartz color and impresses with aromas of citrus blossom, spiced baked pears and honey‐glazed brioche. Layered yet seamless, it lifts off the palate with a hint of mandarin meringue, while an enduring essence of marzipan crème lingers through the lengthy finish.

Paul Hobbs deep violet in color, this lush yet stately pinot noir seduces with aromas of black raspberry, violets, sassafras, clove and cocoa butter. Juicy red fruits, earl gray tea, hazelnut and damp red clay flavors complement its velvet‐like texture and very long finish.

Paul Jaboulet Aine color: Deep color with an attractive brilliance. Bouquet: Elegant and aromatic, with red fruits blended with spices. Palate: Well-structured on rounded tannins, with a final spicy note. Matching Food and Wine: Grilled/roasted meats, Port au feu, Cheese, Perfect throughout the meal.

Peachy Canyon dark red color, fresh strawberries, bright cherries, vanilla, mocha, sweet raspberries, bright, light tannins, mild spicy refreshing, easy to drink.

The color is a dark rich black cherry red. The nose is blackberry, vanilla, bitter chocolate, new leather coat and cold coffee. There is a velvety mouthfeel counterbalanced with fresh, tart fruit. It starts with cherry and raspberry, followed by blackberry dipped in Nestle Quik powder. The mid palate adds pomegranate and a touch of vanilla. The tannins are smooth and there is a solid amount of acidity. The finish starts out strong but fades.

Peju Merlot delivers ripe black cherry and currant followed by mocha, crème brulee, vanilla and some hints of anise. Soft and polished straight through the supple finish where black cherry, vanilla notes leave a lasting impression. This style will certainly please many. Peju Sauvignon Blanc is an irresistible expression of fruit. Luscious and complex on the nose, this wine glows with dried apricot, peaches, and bright citrus to finish. A warm mouthfeel and modest acidity makes this a quaffable gem.

Penner-Ash bing cherry, plums, and exotic spices on the nose. Framed by fine, textured tannins that lead to a creamy palate of red berries, bramble, black fruit, and dark chocolate. Balanced acidity throughout that finishes long with tobacco and wood spice.

Wine Tasting Notes Dark garnet color exuding aromas of dried sage, sandalwood, fire roasted Ortega chiles, and blackberry cobbler. These flavors are classic Cabernet Sauvignon with dark currant, blackberry, fresh cranberry, and espresso bean. The finish shows more dried dark fruit with sage, clove, cedar, white pepper, and dried cherry studded in dark chocolate bark.

Pennywise light ruby in color, our Pinot Noir blend boasts aromas of wild cherry, pomegranate molasses, sassafras, Tahitian vanilla bean, and white pepper. In the mouth, you start with flavors of fresh Bing cherry, sweetened dried cranberry, raspberry, sandalwood, sweet basil, and tamarind. This blend finishes with flavors of fresh baked cherry pie, red apple, and well rounded vanilla from the French Oak used in production. This blend would pair very well with a toasted pistachio crusted goat cheese medallion over salad greens with a raspberry vinaigrette, roasted pork tenderloin with a fresh mushroom gravy alongside roasted sweet potatoes, or a classic margarita thin crust pizza made with vine ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, and handmade mozzarella.

Penya this medium-bodied blend is packed with flavor, offering aromas of plums & cherries with smoky notes. The palate yields red and black fruits, spices, a hint of bacon, and silky tannins. Enjoy with a variety of everyday foods including pizza, pasta and burgers, as well as Mediterranean classics like ratatouille, cassoulet and stuffed tomatoes. It is also excellent with fish!

Peter Paul Champagne by Lallier is a Grand Cru Cuvee that was created specially for Peter Paul Wines. It is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The wine is bottled after blending in the spring, aged for a minimum of 36 months 'sur lies' in Lallier's chalk cellars and disgorged 3 to 5 months prior to release.
