Jaqk Cellars this merlot has aromas of cherry, red current, raspberry, cocoa powder, cinnamon stick, sandalwood, and black olive. The palate is round, soft but vibrant, with good complexity, firm yet pliable tannins, and good bones with plenty of flesh.

Jermann has a sparkling straw-yellow color. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. Jim Beam Red Stag Black Cherry Flavored Whiskey has been aged for 4 years, which is slightly shorter than the average for American whiskies. The age of this spirit refers to the youngest component of the blend, there may be parts that are much older. Red Stags natural black cherry flavors are slowly and carefully infused into fine, four year old Jim Beam Bourbon to produce a sophisticated well rounded bourbon.

Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromatics of roasted blue fruit, sweet blackberry and cherry cola with hints of graham cracker and vanilla. The wine enters with dark, concentrated fruit on the palate, velvety tannins on the mid-palate, followed by a long, vibrant finish.

Joel Gott the Monterey appellation is one of the most diverse and climatically cool grape growing regions in California. The fog and cooling air from Monterey Bay slow maturity and allow the grapes to develop classic varietal characteristics, and a natural balance between sugar and acidity by harvest time. This environment has produced a Chardonnay that has flavors of citrus, pear and jasmine with bright acid structure. To preserve these characteristics and retain the purity of the fruit we crafted this wine using stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging, and prevented malolactic fermentation. This is simply a clean, crisp, delicious Chardonnay unfettered by toasty oak or buttery lactic acid flavors.

Joel Gott Pinot Gris has floral aromatics of jasmine and honeysuckle that lead to aromas of white peach, nectarine and Meyer lemon. The wine fills the palate with soft, refreshing acidity followed by tropical and citrus flavors, leading to a lingering finish. The Joel Gott Oregon Pinot Gris went through a slow, cool fermentation to preserve the bright fruit character and crisp acidity.

Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc has aromatics of guava, papaya, white peach, mandarin, Meyer lemon and lime. The wine fills the palate with fruit flavors and a round fullness, finishing with crisp, refreshing acidity.

Joel Gott Zinfandel has aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blueberry jam. Dense and rich on the front of the palate with bright acidity on the mid-palate, and a long finish.
