  • Dom Perignon Champaign 750ML

There's a sense of tension paired with grace in this deftly balanced version, with a rich and smoky vein of minerality underscoring the flavors of poached apple, honey, financier and sun-dried black cherry, showing hints of roasted almond, coffee liqueur..."

  • Domaine Antoine Jobard Meursault Blagny 750ML

Lime, flint and wet stone on the nose. Silky on entry, then pure, juicy and brisk, with superb cut to the lime and powdered stone flavors. Subtle spices and a note of toasted bread stimulate the salivary glands on the rising finish. All the Jobard wines are aged in barrel and spend a lengthy period of time sur lie in their cellars in Meursault. They are the last of our white Burgundies to come to the market every year due to their unhurried approach to vinification and typically slow malolactic fermentations. In their youth, these wines are often tightly wound with an intense mineral structure that only begins to soften with extended bottle aging. Though François and Antoine work side by side, Antoine has brought his own signature to the domaine: a more sensuous approachability to the wines, which are delicious and ready to drink immediately. That said, the Jobard legacy lives on, and the wines will still explode with intense aromas of honeycomb and stone later in life. If you just can't wait, there's no reason not to uncork.

  • Domaine Bila-Haut Cotes du Roussillon Villages Occultum Lapidem 750ML

Domaine Bila-Haut colour : great dark garnet-red. Nose : the first nose is quite closed with a dominant of graphitic, leather, and then intense aromas of pepper, black fruits and scrubs. Mouth : the attack is rich, dense. Then the wine is fleshy and solar. The final is sappy served by delicate tannins and a great freshness.

  • Domaine Cabirau Serge and Nicolas 750ML

The nose here is the epitome of schistic Maury in its smoky (no doubt to some extent reductive) evocations of crushed stone, smoked meat, resinous herbs and black tea allied to sweetly-ripe, succulent profusion of cassis, black raspberry, and blueberry. There is a wonderful sense of polish here allied to underlying firmness as well as almost electric energy. Mouthwatering salinity adds to the irresistible appeal of a torrential finish rushing across a bed of stone, from which you pick yourself up eager to savor and explore the next sip

  • Domaine de Nizas Coteaux du Languedoc 750ML

Domaine de Nizas this wine is deep garnet in color, with fragrant aromas of blackberries, bilberries (European blueberries) and spices. The distinctive herbal notes commonly found in wines around the Mediterranean called garrigue-lavender, sage, rosemary and wild thyme-speak to the wine's regionality and terroir. The palate is wellbalanced and clean, becoming round and full-bodied, with soft, ripe tannins and a long finish. Enjoyable now or age for up to five years in a cool cellar.

  • Domaine des Baumard Quarts de Chaume 750ML

The sweet wines of Domaine des Baumard are from vineyards planted along the Layon river, which flows northwest into the Loire. The perfectly exposed vineyards in the appellation Côteaux du Layon allow the Chenin Blanc grape to ripen perfectly in most years, often enriched by the development of botryitis. The grapes are harvested in successive passes or ‘tries’ through the vineyard, and any unsatisfactory fruit is eliminated. The grapes are pressed quickly using a pneumatic press and the must fermented under temperature control. Aging is done strictly without oak to preserve the elements of fruit and terroir. The vines are planted on about 6 different soil types, including schist, quartz, rhyolite and spilite. Florent recommends serving Quarts de Chaume as an apertif with foie gras, rillette canapes or chicken liver, blue cheeses such as Roquefort and Gorgonzola, and 'white desserts,' such as poached pears or peaches with creme anglaise.

  • Domaine des Saumades Chateauneuf du Pape 750ML

"Vivid ruby. Smoky cherry, red berry and potpourri scents show excellent clarity and pick up spiciness with aeration. Stains the palate with intense black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors, with a sexy floral pastille quality adding complexity. Finishes with impressive energy and thrust, firmed by fine-grained tannins and piquant minerality. Avril thinks that this will be an ager based on its balance. "

  • Domaine Diochon Moulin á Vent Vieilles Vignes 750ML

Domaine Diochon 's Moulin-à-Vent is juicily delicious yet there is a majesty to it. It is full-blown and full-bodied, yet it has a lush, supple, swallowable texture. No hard edges. No astringency. No heat. Moulin-à-Vent is supposed to be the grandest of the region's Grands Crus, and here you sense a certain grandeur throughout the taste experience. And don't overlook the visuals. Diochon's color is always a sight to see. The color, like the flavor, is cassis-like.

  • Domaine du Joncier Lirac Le Classique 750ML

Domaine du Joncier a classic blend with a majority percentage of Grenache. This very impressive Lirac Rouge is a testament to the Grenache grape being the ideal vessel for delivering the stoniness of the vineyard straight to the bottle.

  • Domaine du Salvard Unique Sauvignon Blanc 750ML

Domaine du Salvard all wines are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel cuvees. All wines age on fine lees and are bottled unfiltered. Six-day maceration for red wines. The Delaille brothers have focused their attention on growing fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc, deeply rooted in the sand, clay, and limestone plains of northeastern Touraine.

  • Domaine Georges Vernay Syrah 750ML

Domaine Georges Vernay 100% Syrah wine is made from vines planted at the perimeter of the appellation of Condrieu. It opens itself up with a bouquet of red fruits, blackberries and pepper. Upon tasting it is a wine whose ample flavour, velvety tannins and smoky finale highlight deeper flavours of red fruits and spices.

  • Domaine Gilles Robin Crozes Hermitage Cuvée Papillon 750ML

Produced from vines aged less than 20 years old. The wine is de-stemmed and matured in stainless steel tanks and is designed for earlier drinking for it’s freshness and perfumed black raspberry fruit with anise and spice notes that linger for ages. For enjoying in its youth, great in the warmer seasons.

  • Domaine Gramenon Cotes du Rhone La Sagesse 750ML

A dark, heady style, with a burly edge to the thickly layered blackberry paste, fig and plum sauce notes. Features lots of pastis and roasted apple wood on the fleshy finish. A touch extreme in style, but will have some fans.

  • Domaine La Roquete Ventoux Mégaphone 750ML

Domaine La Roquete a serious, profound bouquet with a hint of liquorice. The palate reveals the spices of this new terroir, interwoven with herby garrigue flavours. Attractive structure, taut, elegant, compelling - you sense the freshness of the place. A true character.

  • Domaine le Pive Gris Rose 750ML

The nose is quite expressive with notes of fruit, combining strawberry, raspberry, banana, passion fruit. On the palate, the attack is frank, with a perfect balance between acidity and roundness, with the same fruit flavors on a long finish.

  • Domaine Louis Boillot & Fils Gevrey Chambertin 750ML

Lovely perfume of cassis and Morello Cherry on the nose. Rich and lush on the mid palate yet a tightly knit structure takes the wine through to a persistent length. A very good example of Gevrey Chambertin.

  • Domaine Robert Denogent Pouilly Fuisse Les Reisses Vieilles Vignes 750ML

Medium-light gold color. Nose starts out reserved, with only the slightest stony aromas. With time and temperature, this becomes an immensely expressive bouquet of citrus fruit, freshly-cut grass and nutmeg. The palate is rich but structured, with lemon meringue and honeysuckle top notes on a buttery, oaky base. This has depth and concentration, and the richer flavors are kept in balance by strident acids, supporting another 7-10 years of aging potential on this one. Of the three Denogent wines I've tried, this is by far the most promising for long-term consumption

  • Domaine Saint Vincent Brut 750ML

Domaine Saint Vincent Brut is a Methode Champenoise sparkling wine produced by the Gruet family in New Mexico. As the second label of Gruet, Domaine Saint Vincent Brut is surely one of the best values in domestic sparkling wines on the market. Domaine Saint Vincent Brut is a soft yellow-gold in color, crisp and lively, with a nose of apples, citrus and vanilla. Light/medium in body, it is dry with flavors of apples, lemons, flinty earth and bread dough. Well balanced and food-friendly, this sparkling wine offers a clean and refreshing finish.

  • Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut 750ML

Domaine Ste. Michelle Sparkling wine is a wonderful yet often overlooked accompaniment to food. Bright acidity and effervescence cleanses the palate, while the delicate flavors compliment a wide array of dishes. Cuvée Brut pairs very well with Japanese cuisine, my favorite is with sashimi. Sip with bagels and lox for a relaxing weekend brunch.

  • Domaine Tempier Bandol La Migoua 750ML

Domaine Tempier La Migoua is made up of heterogeneous clay that varies in color between red, ochre, and blue. At 270 meters, it sits at the highest altitude of all the vineyards. The parcel's complex sedimentation is largely due to the subduction of a tectonic plate which has surfaced the oldest rock outcroppings in the whole of the appellation. Surrounded by garrigue and pine forest, the grapes translate to earthy, gamey wines. La Migoua has the smallest amount of Mourvèdre in the blend, with the highest percentage of Grenache of the three cuvées.
