Walt deep garnet in color, this wine offers a perfume of fig, violets and cinnamon spice. Flavors of cherry coulis and dark spice meld into a broad, full palate with a bright, lengthy finish.

Wattle Creek this Cabernet Sauvignon opens up in the glass with a complex array of aromas. Powerful notes of Cigar box, fire roasted cherries, zesty raspberries; grilled beef and savory beef stock create aromatic complexity. Subtler notes of tobacco leaf, baker's chocolate, tar and earthy prunes linger in the background. The flavors echo the aromas with a layered complexity that is typical of Cabernet in a warmer vintage from a great growing region. Morning Fog Chardonnay is an great expression of Livermore Valley Chardonnay, with diverse alluvial fans of soil consistently creating Chardonnay with beautiful and lingering minerality, which coupled with the natural acidity from the long and cool growing season, creates a beautiful wine. Crisp flavors of green apple and tropical fruit, balanced by vanilla and a touch of toasty oak from barrel aging. With a mouth-filling body and balanced acidity, this wine delivers a medium-long, refreshing finish. Full-bodied with a lingering creamy finish allow this to pair well with oysters, chicken and veal.

The grapes for our Sandstone Merlot come from a gently sloping formation of hills running along the southeastern corner of the historic Livermore Valley. With warm days, cool nights, well-drained sandstone soils, and incoming breezes from the San Francisco Bay, the Wente family’s hillside vineyard is an ideal place to grow outstanding Merlot. Sandstone Merlot exhibits aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum with hints of toasted oak. A smooth mouthfeel and inviting tannins lead to a long, fruity finish.

With fruit sourced from our estate vineyards, our Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive of the Livermore Valley. The fruit comes from the valley floor and southern hills of Livermore Valley with its gravelly alluvial fans. Our soil and climate help to give us a Cabernet that is rich in flavor with an appealing structure Flavors of ripe black cherry and dark plum with undertones of coffee and spice. Rich, yet approachable tannins lead to a long, smooth finish.

This wine shows butterscotch, crisp Fuji apple, and hints of citrus along with integrated oak notes. Nicely structured with flavors of stone fruit, papaya and pear supported by the natural acidity derived from the grapes. The wine finishes long with undertones of tropical fruit and toasty oak.

Whitehall Lane this crisp and refreshing wine is loaded with aromas and flavors of lemon, kiwi, honeydew melon and grapefruit. It is light to medium bodied with excellent balance and a clean finish.

Very varietal, this Unbridled Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of dark chocolate, leather, black cherries and licorice. With a sexy mouth feel, this wine will pair well with any prime choice steak or a hearty stew.

Deep purple in color with dark bramble fruit aromas complemented with notes of molasses and anise. On the palate, the wine is generous and full-bodied with flavors of boysenberries, chocolate, leather and coffee accented by an integrated oak profile. Silky tannins and bright acidity provide an excellent dimension to the ample fruit.
