Migration is offering all the richness and complexity that has made Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley famous, this wine displays inviting aromas of lemon custard, crème brûlée, vanilla and light caramel, as well as hints of acacia blossom and honeysuckle. On the palate, the mouthfeel is smooth and appealing with great mid-palate weight and seamless acid from start to finish. Citrus abounds throughout with lemon and orange peel eventually giving way to a long finish with subtle notes of toasted almond.

Migration with its red and blue fruit aromatics and enticing notes of rhubarb, bacon fat and toast, there is a lovely Anderson Valley quality to this Pinot Noir. On the palate, it is long and elegant with seamless oak, refreshing acidity and youthful, yet well-integrated tannins. It is lovely to drink now, but also cellar-worthy.

Milbrandt our Traditions Riesling is made in a refreshing, off-dry style with aromas and flavors of sweet Elberta peach, ripe Granny Smith apple and zesty Key lime. This wine is bright with a pronounced minerality, reminiscent of wet stone, on the mid-palate and a crisp fruit-driven finish.

A thick-skinned variety with a high anthocyanin count that makes for deep-colored wines with moderate tannins, Tempranillo is well suited to the demands of the modern wine consumer. While it lacks its own idiosyncratic flavor profile, the wide range of aromas detectable in Tempranillo-based wines gives it a charm in and of itself, with tasting notes ranging from strawberries, blackcurrants and cherries, to prunes, chocolate and tobacco. The former three notes typically come from younger examples from cooler climates, while the latter three develop with increased vineyard heat and age. Good with roasted red peppers stuffed with rice and morcilla blood sausage, Brazilian pork and bean stew (feijoada), roast lamb with redcurrant jelly.

The Mirassou California Cabernet Sauvignon displays deep rich blackberry and black currant flavors. These primary flavors are complimented by secondary flavors of vanilla and hints of toasted oak and brown spice. This wine is full bodied with a soft finish of moderate length.

Mirassou Chardonnay exhibits intense aromas and flavors of stone fruits such as peaches and nectarines, as well as tropical fruits like pineapple. Secondary flavors of melon, pears, citrus, floral, and vanilla notes combine with a creamy mouth feel which culminate in a pleasantly concentrated finish.

Our Mirassou California Pinot Grigio reveals intense aromas and flavors of white peach, baked apples, and juicy pear with notes of citrus. The sweetness of the bright fruit flavors balances nicely with the crisp acidity. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with spicy dishes as well as grilled poultry or seafood.

The reddish-purple hues of the inaugural release of our red blend, Mirassou California Sunset Red, are reminiscent of a beautiful California sunset. As the Pinot Noir pioneers to California, we are paying tribute to this elegant grape that we introduced here more than a century ago by letting it take the lead in this blend. Its sophisticated flavors of pomegranate and dark cherry are well-complemented by Zinfandel’s spice notes and red fruit flavors. To enhance the features of both varieties while rounding out the mouthfeel, we added a touch of Merlot.

Moet & Chandon on the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity. On the palate, the wine instantly traces an astoundingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.

Moet & Chandon Champagne Imperial is rich and a touch sweet, exuding citrus and honey flavors on an easygoing frame. Medium-bodied, with moderate intensity, it picks up a mushroom note on the finish.
