The Layer Cake Primitivo comes right at you with huge inky black fruit, spice and white pepper. Layered and rich in the mouth with jammy black cherries, truffles, espresso and a dense, creamy texture. Always in the background are hints of earth and minerals from the ancient sea beds that are the Puglia terroir. The Primitivo is always a go-to wine; it works with almost any food, and is great all by itself.

Layer Cake the aromas of cocoa, warm spice and dark fruit are very powerful from the first whiff. In the mouth, the wine is layered with rich blackberry, dark cherries and hints of dark, creamy chocolate ganache. The finish lingers on, hanging on your palette while the fruit and spice flavors slowly change and fade. This vintage is classic Layer Cake Shiraz in all its glory.

Our wine is a blend of grapes from Puicheric Jouarres-Homps, and the hilly vineyards of Caunes-Trausse. We deliberately limited the oak to allow the fruit flavours to shine.

California- This Cabernet blend exudes deep blackberry notes with toffee, dark cherry, Dutch cocoa, tea leaf, and fig compote. On the finish, there are rich tannins, caramel oak notes, toasted coconut, and black raspberry with mouthwatering acidity

The palate is fresh and inviting, with bright acidity, citrus flavors and creamy notes. This wine that will pair nicely with a Spinach and fresh Strawberry Salad topped with pine nuts, soft goat cheese and a light raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Or try with Shrimp Scampi with a mango-papaya relish. Looking to pair with a heartier meal? This versatile wine complements nicely with mini lamb pork chops resting in a bed of soft corn polenta, infused with just a touch of sage-browned butter.

Dark garnet in color, this California Pinot expresses ripe plum, cherry and a note of raspberry spice; medium bodied with pleasing flavors of red berries and sweet earth.

Leese Fitch Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing wine. This wine has a high-tone citrus zest aroma with minerality reminiscent of a brisk ocean breeze. There's a hint of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and tropical Pina Colada. The palate is zippy and alive with Lemon grass spice, but balanced with a touch of creamy tapioca to round out the mid-palate. This is a perfect wine for sipping on lazy summer after- noons, and is equally prepared to stand up to a creamy pasta dish, spicy Thai soup, or a simple dinner of fruit, cheese, and a fresh baked sourdough loaf.

Leonard Kreusch the family estate, located directly on the Mosel River in Trier, has become home to the winery for over 50 years. The Mosel, Saar and Ruwer rivers provide the region with the microclomate needed to produce quality Riesling wines. The combination of extended daylight, due to Germany's northern location, a growing season which extends into October, and the temperate climate, making the vineyards of Germany the ideal home for the noble Riesling wine.

Produced exclusively from Riesling grapes grown in the Mosel region. Upon harvesting and pressing, followed by pre-clarification and the addition of cultured yeasts, the grape must undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation. This type of vinification enhances the natural fruit and character the Riesling grape offers. Our Mosel Riesling has moderate intensity with fresh flavors of green apple, fruity pear and hints of grapefruit. There’s nice balance and a pleasant sweetness with a touch of mineral in the finish. Served chilled (10°C/50°F), this wine is quite versatile and perfect for any occasion - excellent as an aperitif or with any of your favorite chicken or seafood dishes.

For many, Chardonnay is the benchmark of a winemaker's prowess. Our Chardonnay is made in a lighter style with an emphasis on crisp flavors of fresh citrus and inviting apple aromas. Well-balanced and easy to-enjoy, its finish is remarkably smooth and clean. Our Chardonnay is incredible with poultry or seafood. Try it with boneless chicken breast smothered in Monterey Jack cheese and sauteed mushrooms. The crisp flavors of lemon and citrus make this an extremely versatile wine, especially compatible with grilled seafood, such as halibut or a tangy shrimp brochette. Another option is pasta, either with a thick cream sauce -- the lightness of Liberty Creek Chardonnay will serve as a nice contrast -- or with pesto made of freshly chopped basil.

Pinot Grigio / Pinot Gris is usually delicately fragrant and mildly floral with light lemon-citrus flavors. Depending upon ripeness at harvest and winemaking technique, Pinot Grigio can be tangy and light, or quite rich, round and full bodied. Our Pinot Grigio is light-bodied with hints of citrus fruits and notes of ripe apple. It pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes and fresh green salads.

A sweet and fruity Pinot Noir is typically fruit driven with notes of raspberries, cherries, and strawberries. It carries delicate and light floral flavors with a feel of silk and also contains supple tannins. It is full-bodied, weighty and has hints of incense, sandalwood, and spice in the nose. It feels like satin or brushed cotton as you taste it and contains a moderate amount of tannins. Our Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with hints of red plum and cherries and notes of brown spice. It pairs perfectly with grilled salmon, spicy chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
