"Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in our Pinnacles vineyard on the western flanks of the Gavilan Mountains in Monterey County. In this up-and-coming region, the cool climate and sandy, well-drained soils keep yields low and fruit intensity high. The cool Monterey climate accompanied by a long growing season produced a ripe, mouthfilling Chardonnay. Subtle oak accentuates bright fruit. A rich, fruity bouquet and soft, creamy texture of this Chardonnay result from combining the best attributes of barrel and tank fermentation."

Deep garnet in color, dark fruit, blueberry pie, blackberry compote, and mocha. Soft blue and black fruit, cherry cola, and toasty vanilla. Food pairings: Smoked salmon, goat cheese, nuts, poultry, lamb, mushrooms.

Estancia deep garnet with crimson hues. Aromas of dark berries, black cherry and caramel accent the allspice, rose petals and soft hints of vanilla. Ripe blueberry, black cherry and plum flavors balanced by rich creamy vanilla leading to a rich and supple finish.

Estancia our GSM blend (Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre) spends the entirety of its life together from vineyard to bottle. Smooth, harmonious, and complex, this wine reflects the characteristics of a classic Rhône valley GSM. Deep, dark plum color. Aromas of luscious fruit, violet, and raspberry with notes of nutmeg, cigar box, cider, and cherry. Intense berry fruit elevated by notes of chocolate and French vanilla flavors.

Eye Chart wines' red wine blend has aromas of blackberries, cherries, and coffee with notes of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, the wine has a powerful structure with sweet and sour fruit, smooth acidity, and silky tannins. The flavors are elegant and balanced with a soft, round mouthfeel. Eye Chart Wines, Joel Gott and Dave Phinney's second collaboration, is a nonvintage, red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Merlot. Fruit sourced from Napa Valley, Sonoma, Lodi and Mendocino creates a well-balanced red wine that's made to enjoy now with no aging required. While the wine is non-vintage, the label art is not. Drawing inspiration from a vintage eye chart they came across a few years back, Joel & Dave created a fun, eye-catching label (no pun intended) that tests your vision.

All grapes for this wine came from our own vineyards in the Dundee Hills. Even though this is our "young vine" cuvée, the vines average 32 years. Eyrie’s attentive vineyard practices focus on rigorous training of the vines and on picking at just the right time in order to capture optimal Pinot flavor.

Failla a change in ownership of this storied vineyard west of Philo offered us an entrée to the source of many Pinots we've admired over the years: Littorai, Peay, Radio Coteaux to name a few. We believe our inaugural vintage does its cousins proud. The nose seduces with ripe, dark fruits such as fig and black currant, underscored with hints of peppercorn and cured meat. A savory palate with great grip is rounded by elegant, fine tannins. Will age well for 7-10 years

20% of our young-vine Chardonnay blend was fermented and aged in concrete egg vessels. The remainder fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak, only 15% new and barely perceptible in the finished wine's flinty nose balanced with citrusy scents of grapefruit and lime filled out with a hint of jasmine and oyster-shell. The textural contributions of the concrete-fermented lots nicely balance the wine's vibrant mouth-watering acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon Next Wine  Fancy Pants Cabernet Sauvignon presents a robust and rich palate with ripe berries, red fruit, and toasty oak flavors. Cherries and vanilla spice on the mouth lead to a long, lingering finish. This graceful, flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed now and makes an enjoyable accompaniment to roast chicken, steaks, roasts, lamb, game and mildly seasoned pastas.

Fancy Pants Pinot Grigio presents a lovely bright color, indicative of the subtle delicacy and crisp finesse of the wine. A bouquet of tantalizing aromas starts with crisp pear, tangerine and citrus with hints of grapefruit and floral notes. Crisp and refreshing, this Pinot Grigio is the perfect accompaniment to sweet potatoes gnocchi with butter and sage.

This is an elegant wine with flavours of cherries & plums and a hint of spice on the nose. These flavours follow through onto smooth palate that finishes with rounded fruity tannins

Chenin Blanc/Sauvignon Blanc: The nose has a combination of citrus blossoms, lime, granadilla, a bit of grassiness with a touch of flintiness. The palate is crisp, dry with a round finish and lingering aftertaste 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Chenin Blanc.

Far Niente Chardonnay is a blend of superlative Napa Valley vineyards, many of which are located in a little-known area called Coombsville, a cool growing region nestled in the rolling countryside and protected by the hills east of the city of Napa. Coombsville offers the characteristic climate of Carneros, with less wind, along with deeper, well-drained gravelly loam and volcanic ash soils. The combination of these spectacular vineyards results in the subtle, tropical flavors, complex aromas and uncommon richness that we have long associated with Far Niente Chardonnay

Faust the wine, celebrates a legend which has inspired many great minds, among them the German poet Goethe, from whose masterpiece we draw our inspiration. In Goethe's most famous work, the aging scholar Dr. Faust barters his soul in the afterlife in exchange for another chance at youth. He gets his chance, yet ultimately his soul is saved by love. Faust is indeed the fruit of renewed passion for Agustin Huneeus, though Mephistopheles has not yet appeared to claim his soul. The underlying premise for all of the wines he has ever produced has been that great wines must be a reflection of a great vineyard. Faust is not. Instead, Faust is a tribute to Napa Valley's noblest grape - full-bodied, decadently rich and unctuous Cabernet Sauvignon.

This is a great wine and food pairing for a quiet evening at home or entertaining friends. This Sauv Blanc paired with the bold cheeses in the mac 'n cheese dish is a perfect balance and complement of flavors. We served this wine slightly chilled to bring out hints of grapefruit, peach, and an assortment of tropical fruits. On first taste, the tropical fruits are light and sweet without being too sweet. It gives you the sense of being on a tropical island. The acidity from the grapefruit is a nice balance on the palette leaving your mouth begging for another sip.

Straw yellow with slight green reflections in color. On the nose, fresh and lasting, with significant overtones of ripe golden apples, wild flowers and a subtle and delicate fragrance of yeast. Clean and balanced in taste, with a slight and pleasant finish of ripe fruit and a hint of bread-crust. A sparkling wine of pronounced finesse. Perfect served as an aperitif or with lighter dishes, especially seafood.
