Chateau Ste. Michelle our goal with the Columbia Valley Cabernet is to highlight concentrated Washington red fruit in an accessible style. This is our inviting Cab with plenty of complexity and structure with silky tannins. It's also very versatile with food-try it with beef, pork or pasta.

Chateau Ste. Michelle my goal with the Columbia Valley Chardonnay is to make it a pleasurable, food-friendly wine. This is a fresh, soft style of Chardonnay with bright apple and citrus fruit character with subtle spice and oak nuances. We blend Chardonnay grapes from vineyards all over Washington's Columbia Valley to make this a complex, interesting wine. The sur lie aging gives it appealing softness.

It offers beautiful crisp Washington Riesling character with rich flavors of ripe peaches. The fresh fruit and decadent character is balanced with crisp acidity to keep the wine in harmony. This is a perfect patio sipping wine or would be a great match with Thai food.

Our Pinot Gris style falls between the lighter Italian Pinot Grigio and the richer, rounder Pinot Gris from Alsace. The Chateau Ste. Michelle Pinot Gris offers fresh flavors of juicy pear, melon and a hint of spice.

The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a crisp, dry and refreshing style of Riesling. It exhibits fresh flavors of white peach and mandarin orange, and ends with a clean fi nish. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters.

Cold Creek Chardonnay is typified by concentration and intensity from the 40-year-old vines and warmth of the site. This Chardonnay is a decadent style with ripe fruit and a toasty character. The cooler 2011 vintage in Washington provided enhanced acidity with an elegant finish.

We craft the Ethos Cabernet to showcase the power and richness of Washington fruit combined with Old World elegance. This is the most complex of our Cabernets and offers layers of ripe blueberry fruit with silky tannins.

Chateau Ste. Michelle the Indian Wells Cabernet is our warm climate, ripe, jammy "New World" style of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine really typifies the Wahluke Slope region with dark fruit aromas and flavors with hints of vanilla. Vineyards in the area are more than a decade old now and showing character and complexity.

Chateau Ste. Michelle we craft this wine to be our complex yet approachable Merlot. The wine offers aromas of black cherry, leather and spice with layers of rich dark red fruit flavors and a long, smooth, sweet finish. A touch of Syrah adds a jammy fruit character.

The wine reflects the rich, round powerful style of Washington fruit, highlighting eight varietals. It is a true example of the art of blending. The wine offers jammy boysenberry flavors from the Syrah with a luscious backbone from the Merlot.

Chateau Tanunda lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

Château Thivin delicate fresh fruit aromas and light, tart flavours make this a harmonious and delicate wine for summer drinking. It's great right through an al fresco meal, from olives to mixed salads and grilled meat, rounding off your repast with fresh red fruit.

Chehalem bright, clean, flinty-briney, with mineral, lime and tropical fruit aromatics, this wine is all about freshness, bracing and balanced acidity and flavors that are linear, including ginger, white pepper, stone fruit, apple pie and slate. The palate weight is impressive for an unoaked chardonnay, the finish prolonged, and the purity leaving the sense it will age impeccably. May be the best INOX we've made.
