Angel's Envy We finish every batch in ruby port wine casks. There's no set time for the process. It's only Angel's Envy when we say it is. The ruby port wine finish adds subtle nuance without ruining the integrity of the bourbon. The end result is a rich, exceptionally smooth and rare bourbon. Sin aside, we work every day to inspire envy, even if it takes a little longer.

High rye content has always been the signature of Tom Bulleit's distinctive bourbon. It was only a matter of time before he created a rye whiskey. Bulleit Rye is an award-winning, small batch, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Released in 2011, it continues to enjoy recognition as one of the highest quality ryes available. Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas. The flavor is notably smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice. Finishes crisp and clean, with long, lingering flavors.

Bulleit oaky, smoky, and smooth. Bulleit Bourbon is russet in color with a rich, oaky aroma. The dry, clean flavor is mellow and smooth, not hot in the throat. This 90 proof Kentucky bourbon delivers a wonderfully complex taste with hints of vanilla and honey and a long smoky finish. Bulleit Bourbon is distilled and aged in small batches and stored in a single-story warehouse which reduces inconsistencies in the maturation process. Bulleit Bourbon is aged in American White Oak barrels that are flame charred, giving the bourbon some of its color and flavor. It is aged not a drop less than 6 years, creating maturity and smoothness. The final, 90 proof product is formulated by mingling, not blending, two and sometimes three of the distillates to ensure consistency in the nose and taste.

Decorated in carnival red and white stripes, Fire Eater liqueur is fun and full of character, evoking a mixture of emotions relating the excitement of the big top and experiencing something new and mysterious. But thanks to its square, stout bottle it still harks back to its underlying roots and flavour – bourbon whisky. Fire Eater liqueur, which can be enjoyed by itself, as a shot or part of a cocktail recipe, is said to have a warm cinnamon taste with a smooth whisky character.

Color: Light, bright honey Nose: A fresh, sharp oak note ripens into a dry clove spice and hay, hints of leather, dill spice and fruit add complexity to a subtle foundation of white chocolate. Taste: Smooth and creamy malt character with a light oak sweetness and herbal grass notes. Finish: Mild and clean, and fulfilling with a very pleasant, soft, apple peel character.

Evan Williams Color: Reddish copper. Nose: Caramel, with hints of vanilla, oak and barley. Taste: Heavy caramel and vanilla notes moving towards a toasty cereal. Finish: Oak char notes and a bit of syrupy sweetness.

Evan Williams Cherry Reserve combines aged bourbon with "natural cherry flavor." The distiller can't legally call this bourbon, so you won't find that word anywhere on the bottle. But that's what it is, albeit with the addition of cherry.

Like a fine wine, each bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon contains a date telling when it was put in oak and bottled, in addition to the exact serial number of the single barrel from which it was drawn. The elegant bottle is sealed with a cork stopper, finished in black wax and features a distinctive label that reflects the hand-crafted care that goes into the making of this Bourbon. "Sticky toffee, maple syrup, and vanilla cream notes up front are followed by candied fruit, refreshing mint, and spicy cinnamon. Dry, resinous oak finish. Kentucky's answer to a beautifully sherried Speyside single malt scotch. Outstanding!"

"Deep amber-brown hue. First whiff is prickly due to 103 proof; as it settles down, aromas of baked apple, butterscotch and corn mash emerge. Palate entry is sweet; midpalate is manageably fiery. Finishes with mild heat and sweet corn. Slapped my palate around at first, then charmed it."

Marrying, or mingling, multiple Bourbon recipes is an art in itself. Four original and limited Bourbons have been expertly selected by our Master Distiller at the peak of maturation to create a perfectly balanced small batch Bourbon that rewards you with a mellow symphony of rich, spicy flavors along with sweet, fruity aromas and hints of sweet oak and caramel. Finishes soft, smooth and pleasantly long. Best enjoyed straight up, on the rocks, or with a splash. 90 proof. 45% alcohol/volume.

New oak, light caramel and butter; air contact allows the aroma to develop only modestly. Palate entry is seamless, off-dry and slightly nutty/oaky; at midpalate the taste veers to the fruity/grainy side. The mellower side of Jack Daniels.

Boy howdy, sure does smell like darn good rye whiskey around these parts! Well golly, no wonder it does when there's High West Rendezvous Rye from Utah up in here! With a very high rye content in its mash bill, Rendezvous Rye is an authentic, spicy blend of that makes one heck of a Manhattan as well as being brilliant by itself. Nose: Rustic notes of oak and fruit, a little menthol. Slightly grassy, followed by sweeter notes of toffee and classic vanilla. Palate: Oak spices, pepper and even some chillies. Needles to say, it's rather spicy. Deep inside you'll find a little treasure cove of sweetness, but then it's back to the savoury notes from the nose. Finish: The heat continues from the palate (how could it not?) with fresh oak and tea leaves. Overall: A surprising rye whiskey, unique and very enjoyable.

These cans contain Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and cola. We call it a Beam and cola. A drink made with authentic Jim Beam, from our family recipe passed down for seven generations of Beam distillers since 1975. Six - 355ml cans

Jim Beam Devil’s Cut Bourbon (90 proof) is deep amber in color. The extracted bourbon carries with it a tremendous amount of tannins and color from the barrel, giving this whisky a deep, dark color. The nose is clearly dominated by strong oak tones with clear cinnamon spice and an undertone of vanilla and caramel. It’s a bold and spicy nose, much more aggressive than the tradition Jim Beam. The entry is very oak forward as the oak notes explode on the palate. Things ease a bit by the mid palate and more of the vanilla and caramel notes find their way from underneath the bold oak. There are some slight cinnamon spice notes present but they do battle with the oak and ultimately get lost. The finish is fairly long and dry with the oak notes really lingering.
