Three Blind Mice is inspired by our favorite qualities from English brown ales, German altbiers, and Irish reds. Mother’s trio of beer connoisseurs sipped away many a night, working to find this ideal combination. Mother’s beautiful brown beer is medium-bodied with caramel, toffee, and subtle chocolate malt flavors—all balanced by moderate hop notes and a clean, dry finish. Three Blind Mice combines components of several malty beers for the unique brown beer experience you’ve been missing. After lots of research to find the perfect styles for our base, the clear winners were the lighter body and caramel characters of Irish red ales, the soft chocolate and toffee flavors from English brown ales, and the hop component and balance of German altbiers. We used traditional elements from each beer style and added our own touch for one incredible brown beer.

Natural Ice is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn that lends Natural Ice its delicate sweetness. It then undergoes Anheuser-Busch’s exclusive ice-brewing process, which takes the beer to a temperature below freezing and leads to the formation of ice crystals which create its signature rich and smooth taste. Characterized by its robust body, delicate sweetness and smooth, rich taste.

Negra Modelo is made with filtered water, malted barley, hops, rice and exceptional yeast varieties, which give way to the balanced flavor and remarkably smooth taste you can only find in a Negra Modelo. Hints of caramel sweetness and dark chocolate balance out this smooth, medium bodied beer.

Pours a dark brown color with red highlights. This beer is fermented at relatively high temperatures using a European lager yeast that imparts a refreshing, zesty acidity. Chocolate and coffee tones in the nose give way to a surprisingly clean finish.

Newcastle Brown Ale features fewer hops and a blend of light and dark malts. Less bitterness and a unique, smooth flavor.

North Coast Brewing Co. like a Belgian "Dark Strong Ale", the beer is rich and robust with an ABV of 9.3%. The package is a 750 ml bottle with a traditional cork and wire finish or 12oz 4 packs and features a label picturing the jazz master himself.

O’Doul’s Amber has a rich, slightly sweet taste with a flavorful hop finish. O’Doul’s Amber is brewed using two-row, Munich, caramel and black malts and a blend of hop varieties. It features a deep, amber color, a fruity, toasted malt aroma, and a rich, slightly sweet taste, which is balanced by a crisp body dryness and flavorful hop finish

Pabst Blue Ribbon is brewed in the finest traditions of an American Premium Lager dating back to 1844. Brewed with a combination of 2 & 6-row malted barley, select cereal grains and American and European hops, Pabst Blue Ribbon is fermented with a proprietary lager yeast. Our unique fermentation and maturation process results in a smooth, full bodied beer with a clean, crisp finish with a fine noble hop aroma.

Red Stripe pours a clear pale-ish yellow that one might expect from any ol’ macro lager, perhaps just a touch darker. It created fizzy white head, but before I knew it the head was gone leaving just a trace on the surface of the beer. OK, nothing special so far, but nothing unexpected either. Getting on to the smell, it was not exceptional in any way except that it seemed to be a combination of hops and a touch of that ‘sulfury’, skunky smell. It wasn’t skunky like “WOH, that beer is skunked!” but there was a touch of that in the nose. Just a touch. Otherwise, its really mild and its hard to pick out a particular scent. I’ll still drink it. Tasting this Jamaican Lager, I found it to be a really smooth drinker. It was very easy going down, no bite, no burn, and I would say that nice and cold, this beer is also very crisp and refreshing. The taste is mild, perhaps a touch on the sweet side but generally unremarkable and unmemorable otherwise.

Redd’s Apple Ale branches out from traditional beer. Crisp like an apple and brewed like a beer, this ale is like nothing you’ve ever tried before. It has a light caramel color, fitting for an apple ale, and lively carbonation that hits the tongue with a pleasantly smooth, bubbly fizz. What’s not to love? This apple ale is unique because it’s not a hard cider like you may be thinking. It is a beer brewed with apple flavor rather than a cider brewed from apples. Redd’s Apple Ale has a crisp green apple taste with a strong malt finish that will leave you wanting more.

Using a time-honored recipe with only the finest malted barley and blend of hops, Rolling Rock is a classic American lager that is as well-known for its distinctive, full-bodied taste as it is for its craftsmanship, heritage and painted green bottle. Full-flavored, with a subtle bite, Light-to-medium body and color. Brewed with only the choicest ingredients. A perfect blend of pale barley malt, rice and corn.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoction mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world’s oldest hops growing area. Among the world’s most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.

Samuel Smith brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard water is drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic chocolate malt and organic cocoa impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish - this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate.
